When it comes to working with families and family businesses, I see the best results when we step away from the accountants or lawyers office, or the company boardroom, and get together in the 

comfort of my home or yours, and meet at the kitchen table.

Professional offices have their place, but I find people are more relaxed at home, and find it easier to be honest and communicate in familiar surroundings.  There are enough challenges bringing families together so I like to be mindful of where and how we get together.

You will find me to be honest, intuitive and practical.  I don't like wasting time on 'fluff' so I listen to you carefully and help you to find the heart of the issue so that we can focus on solutions. As a business person myself, I get business and what a business needs to be successful.  Over the years through personal experience, studies, and working with families in business from all types of cultures and backgrounds I have developed understanding of human psychology and personality types, communication styles, family dynamics, and common themes of human behavior that affect family businesses to one degree or another.
